Abstract: Based on the geometrical conditions in the deformation zone of two-roll croses rolling, A mathematical model commonly-used for roll-configuration design in two-roll cross-rolling is put forward where there is eigther only entry angle or both entry and rolling angles. The influences of related parametrs on the roll configuration curves are analyzed.
