-50℃级低温压力容器钢管的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF -50℃ LOW-TEMPERATURE STEEL PIPES FOR PRESSURE VESSELS

    • 摘要: 介绍了-50℃级低温压力容器无缝钢管的研制过程。用新研制的B651钢,采用平炉冶炼+炉外精炼或电弧炉冶炼+钢包吹Ar和控温轧管工艺生产的-50℃级低温压力容器无缝钢管,产品综合性能全部超过科研试制协议规定值,低温冲击值是JISG3460—84标准值的5倍多。

       

      Abstract: Development of -50℃ level low-temperature seamless steel tubes for pressure vessels is descrbied. The comprehensive properties of the above-mentioned steel tubes, produced using the newly-developed steel B651 with the process of open-hearth smelting→ladle refining or the process of arc-furnace smelting→ladle refining with Ar injection, followed by temperature-controlled rolling, are all over the values specified by the experiment task sheet, having its low-temperature impact energy 5 times higher than that specified by JIS G3460-84.
