    • 摘要: 采用几何尺寸测量、刺漏裂口形貌分析、力学性能测试等方法,结合钻杆的受力状态和使用工况,分析了S135钻杆刺漏的原因,并提出了5点预防措施。分析认为:S135钻杆刺漏属于早期腐蚀疲劳失效;在腐蚀和拉压、弯曲、扭转等载荷的作用下,S135钻杆壁厚偏薄处的外表面腐蚀坑底部首先出现疲劳裂纹,并扩展导致钻杆刺漏。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the causes for the piercing failure of the S135 drill pipe by means of methods like geometric dimension measurement,piercing fracture morphology analysis and mechanical property testing,and consideration of the loading state and the service conditions of the drill pipe.Accordingly,five preventative actions are proposed.The analysis result leads to the following conclusion.The piercing of the drill pipe is regarded as an early-stage corrosion fatigue failure.And the reason for such failure is that under corrosion,and such loads as tension and compression,bending and torsion,fatigue cracks first occurred at the bottom of the corrosion pit on the external surface of the rather thinner part of the drill pipe,and then expanded to eventually get the drill pipe pierced.
