钢管陶瓷内衬Ti3AlC2的耐磨性研究

    Study on Wear-resistance of Ti3AlC2 Ceramic Lining Materialfor Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 研究了钢管陶瓷内衬Ti3AlC2的耐磨性能。试验结果表明:在摩擦过程中,摩擦产生的摩擦热使Ti3AlC2摩擦表面分解、氧化生成由Ti、Al、Fe和O组成的非晶态氧化物,这层氧化物起到了一定的润滑作用,在高的法向载荷或速度下,随着氧化物生成量的增加,Ti3AlC2材料的摩擦因数减小,主要是Ti3AlC2氧化层磨损,这种磨损方式保护了Ti3AlC2基体材料,因此以Ti3AlC2作为钢管陶瓷内衬材料将能够很好地保护钢管基体,延长钢管的使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: Studied is the wear-resistance performance of Ti3AlC2 ceramic lining material for steel tube.The experiment result shows that the heat resulting from friction will lead to the decomposition and oxidization of the friction surface of Ti3AlC2 material and thus generate an amorphous oxide consisting of Ti,Al,Fe and O,which will in a sense play a role of lubricating.Under high normal load or speed,the friction coefficient of Ti3AlC2 material decreases with the increasing of the amount of oxide.The majority of wear happens on the oxide layer of the friction surface,which will protect the Ti3AlC2 base material.Therefore the use of Ti3AlC2 material as ceramic lining for steel tube will be able to protect the base material of steel tube and prolong its service life.
