低中压锅炉用电焊钢管的质量分析

    Quality Analysis of Electric Welded Steel Pipe for Low/Medium Pressure Boiler Service

    • 摘要: 通过对哈尔滨钢管厂所生产的低中压锅炉用电焊钢管,在材料质量、几何尺寸、常温及高温性质、金相组织、实用加工性等方面的试验,结合相关标准进行综合分析与比较。结果表明:该厂生产的低中压锅炉用电焊钢管的各项性能优于或达到GB 3087-1999和YB 4102-2000标准规定的指标,钢管焊缝与母材均有良好的加工性,钢管的高温性能满足电站锅炉的质量要求。

       

      Abstract: Based on relevant tests and applicable standard, comprehensive analysis and comparison relating to the electric welded steel tube for low/medium pressure boiler service are made in terms of material quality, geometric dimension performance under ambient/elevated temperatures, metallographic structure and workability, etc., showing that all the performance/property target values of the said welded tube produced by Harbin Steel Tube Plant have been up to or even better than the requirements as specified in GB 3087-1999 and YB 4102-2000, particularly the good workability both of the weld seam and the base metal and the tube's hi-temperature performance which meets the quality requirements as set for the thermal power plant boiler.
