穿孔机四辊定心装置液压系统的新设计

    A New Design of Hydraulic System Used for Piercing Mill 4-roll Centering Device

    • 摘要: 分析了穿孔机四辊定心装置的结构原理和功能特点;通过比较位置闭环控制和串联同步控制两种液压系统设计方案,设计出一种经济、可靠、高效的四辊定心装置液压系统。生产数据表明:该四辊定心装置液压系统能够长时间无故障、免维护、自修正地高效运行,完全达到功能工艺设计要求,创造出良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed are the structural principle and function characteristics of the 4-roll centering device of the piercing mill.The design schemes of the position close-loop control hydraulic system and the series synchronous control hydraulic system are compared to each other.Based on the comparison result,an economic,reliable and high efficient hydraulic system for the said 4-roll centering system is designed and developed.Actual operation data of the system demonstrate that the said hydraulic system is capable of long term,non-failure,maintenance-free,self-correcting and high-efficient operation,having completely met the functional and technological design requirements,and brought about satisfactory economic profit.
