双相钢在冷拔单体液压支柱缸筒中的应用

    APPLICATION OF DUAL-PHASE STEEL TO MANUFACTURE OF COLD-DRAWN PIPES FOR ONE-PIECE HYDRAULIC PILLAR CYLINDER

    • 摘要: 介绍了双相钢的特征,分析了其性能优良的原因,比较了10MnSi双相钢和27SiMn低合金高强度钢的σ-ε曲线,钢和冷拔管的机械性能及工艺性能等。结果表明,双相钢适合冷拔制造液压支柱缸筒,其综合经济效益较好。

       

      Abstract: Characteristics of the dual-phase steel are described;excellent properties of the said steel are investigated;σ-ε characteristic curve of the 10MnSi dual-phase steel is compared with that of the high strength, 27SiMn low alloy steel, also made are comparisons concerning mechnical properties and process performances between the said dual-phase steel and the pipe made thereof.Then, it is concluded that the said dual-phase steel is applicable for producing cold-drawn pipes for hydraulic pillar cylinder, which is economically profitable on a comprehensive basis.
