钢管再加热炉炉内辊道结构的改进

    Structure Modification of Roller Table within Steel Tube Reheating Furnace

    • 摘要: 钢管再加热炉内的温度为800~1120℃,炉内辊道很容易被损坏,同时也易使管体出现黑印、擦伤、粘钢、凹坑等质量缺陷。分析、对比了几种结构形式的钢管再加热炉辊道在使用中存在的问题及其产生的原因,并对辊道进行了改进。提出了对不同温度的再加热炉,应根据辊道的不同使用部位,采用不同的结构和材质以及在使用过程中应注意的问题。

       

      Abstract: Owing to the temperature ranging from 800 ℃ to 1 120 ℃ of the steel tube reheating furnace, damage frequently happens to the inlet/outlet roller tables of the furnace, or to the pipe body to cause such defects as black dot, scratch, steel sticking and pit, etc., getting the pipe fail to meet application requirements. To solve the issue, investigation of the existing problems and their causes concerning several steel tube reheating roller tables with different structures are made. As a result, the roller table is improved. Proposed here are the selection and recommendation of proper material and structures of different roller sections according to reheating furnaces with specific temperature ranges. Also mentioned are some points of the roller table that need care during operation.
