电站用材的现状及发展趋势

    Current Situation and Development of Production of Heat-resistant Materials for Power Generation

    • 摘要: 超超临界火力发电是现阶段技术经济性最好并已实现商业运行的火电技术,其应用前景广阔。由于蒸汽温度和压力的提高,对火力发电机组关键部件的抗蠕变、疲劳、高温氧化与腐蚀等性能都提出了更苛刻的要求,因此耐热材料的开发及其应用是发展超超临界火力发电技术的最重要基础工作。简介了火力发电机组材料的研究开发现状,并对超超临界发电机组中各关键部件所采用的耐热材料发展趋势进行了探讨。

       

      Abstract: Ultra-supercritical thermal power generation is regarded at present as a commercial thermal power generation technology with the best technological and economic performance,having a great potential market.Due to the enhancement of both temperature and pressure of steam for the thermal power plant,more critical requirements have been put forward for resistance of the key components against creepage,fatigue,hi-temperature oxidization and corrosion.Therefore,R & D and application of the heat-resistant materials have become the most important basic need for development of the ultra-supercritical thermal power generation technology.Briefed in the paper is the current situation of R & D of heat-resistant materials for thermal power plant.Moreover,the development trend of R & D for the heat-resistant materials for individual key components of the ultra-supercritical thermal power plant are also discussed.
