高频恒电位技术在螺旋缝焊管探伤中的应用

    Application of HF Constant Potential Technique to NDT Process for Helical Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 介绍了工作频率80kHz以上的高频恒电位技术在螺旋缝焊管X射线探伤中的应用情况。该技术采用大功率场效应管(IGBT)进行交—直—交逆变模式,产生高频脉冲电压,通过闭环回路的反馈信号在固定频率下调整脉宽,实现对高压变压器的高压回路和初级回路的控制,解决了工频X射线探伤存在的一些问题。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper is the application of the HF constant potential technique with operation frequency over 80 kHz to the X-ray detection process for helical weld pipes.With the said technique,the highpower field effect tube(IGBT) is used to produce HF pulse voltage via the AC-DC-AC reverse transformation mode,and the pulse width is adjusted under fixed frequency via the feedback signal from the closed-loop circuit so as to bring about control of the hi-tension circuit and primary circuit of the high-voltage transformer.Thanks to such a technique,certain chronic problems as staying with the power frequency X-ray detection operation.
