空拔钢管壁厚计算

    W. T. CALCULATION OF EMPTY-SUNKEN STEEL TUBE

    • 摘要: 介绍了笔者的空技钢管壁厚计算算式和其图,分析了其精度。49个例子的分析结果表明,平均误差为2.30%,壁厚变化性质的判时率为95.9%;空技模模角、摩擦系数及钢管材质和状态对计算结果影响不大。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article is the calculating formula and calculation sheet used by the author for W. T. of empty-sunken steel tubes. Accuracy analyses are also conducted here. The investigations made on 49 cases show that the average error is 2.30%, and the positive rate of judgement of the W.T. variation nature is 95.5%, and that of the empty-sinking die angle, friction factor and the tube material/shape have little effect on the result of the calculation.
