    A Cold-drawing Die for Eliminating Steel Pipe Inner Surface Spiral Defect

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种可以改善钢管内孔螺旋缺陷的新型冷拔模具。该模具利用金属会自动流向阻力最小方向的变形原理,使钢管内孔金属发生两次周向流动,解决了钢管内孔的螺旋问题。新模具加工出来的钢管壁厚均匀性更好,提高了钢管内表面质量,消除了后续加工过程中液压油缸缸筒的内孔尺寸波动和油缸的内孔螺旋现象,杜绝了油缸的抖动和发响情况。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the article is a newly-developed cold-drawing die to eliminate the steel pipe inner surface spiral defect. Based on the deformation principle that the metal naturally flows towards where the resistance is minimum,the die can make the inner surface metal of the pipe flows twice circumferentially so as to fix the said spiral defect problem. The steel pipe as processed with the said die has good wall thickness homogeneity,getting the surface quality improved,and thus eliminating the phenomenon of inner bore dimensional inconsistency of the hydraulic cylinder case,and the inner surface spiral defect of the cylinder proper as may occurring during the subsequent processing course.As a result the troubles of vibration and noise as made by the hydraulic cylinder are completely fixed.
