分离谱技术在水平连铸圆管坯超声波探伤中的应用

    APPLICATION OF DISCRETE SPECTRUM TO ULTRASONIC FLAW INSPECTION OF HCC ROUNDS FOR PIPE-MAKING

    • 摘要: 用超声波纵波探测水平连铸圆管坯中的体积型缺陷时,将产生较强的组织噪声,采用分离谱技术进行信号处理,会有效地降低噪声,提高信噪比.实验结果表明,采用分离谱技术,使水来连铸圆管坯中等于或大于Φ3mm于底孔当量缺陷的超声波检测成为可能。

       

      Abstract: When longitudinally detecting bulky defectives of HCC rounds, serious structural noise is produced. With the discrete spectrum technique for signal processing, the noise level will be considerably lowered, hence, increasing the signal-noise ratio. Relevant experiment result shows that it is possible to find out any defect equal to or bigger than Φ3mm flat-hole equivalent in a HCC round with the discrete spectrum technique in ultrasonic detecting process.
