Q235B热轧板卷屈服强度性能不合格原因分析

    Investigation of Yield Strength Property Nonconformance of Q235B Hot-rolled Coil

    • 摘要: 采用宏观形貌分析、夏比冲击试验、化学成分分析、维氏硬度测定、金相检验等方法,对螺旋缝埋弧焊接钢管用Q235B热轧板卷屈服强度性能不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明:屈服强度不合格试样的显微组织为粗大的铁素体和珠光体,这种不均匀的组织,是导致Q235B热轧板卷屈服强度性能出现不合格的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: The cause responsible for nonconformance of yi eld strength property of the Q235B coil for SAWH pipe-making are investigated by means of macroscopic morphology analysis, CVN impact test, chemical composition analysis, Vickers hardness testing and metallographic examination, etc. The analysis result reveals that the micro- structure of the nonconforming sample is of coarse ferrite and pearlite structure. It is just such inhomogeneous structure that mainly causes the yield strength property nonconformance of the Q235B hot rolled coil.
