    Roll Gap Adjustment of 3-roll PQF Mill

    • 摘要: 通过调整PQF三辊连轧管机辊缝获得小于或大于孔型名义规格的平均等效壁厚,并得到相应的计算公式,进而确定芯棒所能轧制的钢管壁厚范围,并结合Φ460 mm PQF连轧管机294 mm和369 mm孔型进行验证。分析认为:调节辊缝将伴随钢管壁厚横向不均的产生,降低了钢管壁厚精度;辊缝调节量越大,钢管壁厚的不均性越严重;钢管壁厚越小,辊缝调节量对壁厚不均性的影响越明显;在辊缝调整量相同的条件下,大规格调整产生的壁厚不均性更大。

       

      Abstract: Thanks to adjusting the roll gap of the 3-roll PQF mill,the average equivalent wall thickness that is less than or greater than the nominal specification,and in turn,the corresponding calculation formula is also obtained. Furthermore the wall thickness range that the mandrel is capable of producing,and meets the requirement for the additional tolerance of a certain product is determined,and then verified with the 294 mm and 369 mm passes of the Φ460 mm PQF mill. The analysis leads to the conclusion as follows,adjusting the roll gap will unavoidably cause the transversal wall unevenness of the steel pipe,and thus reduce the wall thickness accuracy;the greater the amount of roll gap adjustment,the more serious the unevenness of the wall thickness;and the smaller the wall thickness,the more obvious this negative effect will be;and under the condition that the roll gap adjustment amount is the same,the wall thickness unevenness with large-sized pipe will be more serious.
