Abstract:
The research focuses on the recrystallization behaviors of the non-quenched and tempered 30Mn2SiV steel developed by a specific works. The result shows that thanks to addition of the trace element V to the said steel, primitive austenitic grain formation is slowing down along with change of the temperature, and the coarsening temperature is above 1200 ℃, and that the critical deformation amount of the steel's dynamic recrystallization is considerable, while certain static recrystallization area is also significant, which provides theoretic basis for setting parameters of rolling process and post-rolling afterheat treatment of the work piece.
