浅析管坯连铸钢流的保护浇注效果

    Brief Analysis of Effectiveness of Shielding Practice in Continuous Casting of Billets for Pipe-rolling Purpose

    • 摘要: 钢液在连续浇铸过程中吸气会产生二次氧化。重点介绍了攀钢集团成都钢钒有限公司在对钢包下水口与长水口连接处采取多种密封措施情况下的钢流吸气状况,并对比分析了各种密封方式的保护浇注效果。试验结果表明,采用“吹氩气+密封垫”密封措施的保护浇注效果最好。

       

      Abstract: Secondary oxidation take places during the air suction process of molten steel as being continuously cast.Focused on in the paper is a description of the test conducted by Pangang Group Chengdu Steel and Vanadium Co.Ltd.,i.e.,sealing the connection section between the ladle bottom nozzle and the shrouded nozzle by different methods to see the change of air suction status of the molten steel in order to analyze the shielded casting effectiveness under different sealing conditions.The test result shows that the argon + gasket method is the most effective sealing measure.
