Abstract: The phosphorizing process mechanism is analyzed and a phosphorizing solution prescription in which nitric acid is replaced by zinc nitrate is proposed.practice shows that the pipe phosphorizing quality can be effectively improved with the phosphorizing solution made up zinc nitrate,The detail of the calculation of the solution prescription and the application of its process are also described.
