Abstract: Analyzing problems regarding non-mandrel drawn tube processing with complex function is a quite new method in this regard. The author here shows us an analysis of the drawing force to produce the said pipe with applicable coordinate system, bring about the actual result in full compliance with those obtained by other upper bound methods conducted on the basis of the same deformation area shape, and close to related experimental result, which accordingly has proven the theoretical reliability of the new method itself.
