SETTING TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR HI-FREQUENCY WELDING WITH ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENTAL METHOD

摘要: 通过正交试验,考察高频焊管生产中影响焊缝质量各因素的主效应和两因素间的交互作用,结合工艺理论,确定最佳的高频焊接工艺条件,并以此作为工艺规范指导生产。实践证明,采用正交试验法后,焊缝质量得到明显改善。Abstract: With relevant orthogonal experiments, it was conducted to observe the main effects on the welding quality by various elements involved and the interactions between each two elements during hi-frequency welded.pipe manufacturing process, based on which and the technological theory, the optimum technological conditions for hi-frequency pipe-welding process were set up. The said conditions have been used as process procedures to direct operation. Relevant operational practice has proven that thanks to the employment of the orthogonal experimental method,the weld quality is considerably improved.
