压水堆核电站用无缝钢管P280GH的研制

    R&D of P280GH Seamless Steel Pipe for Nuclear Power Plant with Pressurized-water Reactor

    • 摘要: 介绍了压水堆核电站核岛用P280GH无缝钢管的性能特点、生产工艺方案及其关键技术。对P280GH无缝钢管的化学成分及组织性能检验结果表明, 攀钢集团成都钢钒有限公司研制的P280GH无缝钢管的化学成分、力学性能等均满足法国RCC-M规范的要求, 能够满足压水堆核电站蒸汽系统和核辅助系统对碳锰钢无缝钢管的需求, 其生产工艺在核电用管生产领域具有推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article are the main aspects of the P280GH seamless steel pipe for nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor, including the property characteristics, the manufacture process scheme and related key techniques, etc. Based on the results of the chemical analysis and structural property tests as conducted to the said pipe, it is concluded that the P280GH seamless steel pipe for nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor as developed by Pangang Group Chengdu Steel & Vanadium Co., Ltd. is satisfactory to the RCC-M-specified requirements in terms of chemical composition and mechanical property, and the need for carbon manganese steel seamless pipes to be used in the steam system and nuclear auxiliary systems of the nuclear power plant with pressurized-water reactor. The manufacturing process for this type of pipe is worth spreading in the field of nuclear power-purposed pipe-making.
