能源行业用焊管制造技术的提升

    Enhancement of Manufacturing Technology for Weld Pipe as Used for Domestic Energy Ind ustry

    • 摘要: 全球对清洁能源的需求带动了天然气行业近年来的持续性发展,全球天然气需求预计以年均1.5%的速度增长。国内天然气占能源消费的比例由2000年的2.2%提升到2016年的6.2%。能源消费结构呈现“油降气升”的态势。输送天然气的管道建设也出现了同步增长,并对大直径焊管的制造能力和质量提出更高的要求。管道运营的安全性迫切需要焊管提升产品质量,急切的是建立焊管制造过程的信息化管理和过程参数监控、评估处置能力,以提升产品质量的稳定性和可靠性。

       

      Abstract: Thanks to the global demand for clean energies,the natural gas production industry has been continuously developing over the recent years.And the global demand for natural gas is expected to be increased by 1.5% yearly.The natural gas consumption proportion among the total domestic energy consumption had been increased from 2.2% in 2000 to 6.2% in 2016.And the energy consumption structure is following an Oil down and Gas up trend,with which the gas transportation piping construction is growing up in step.Accordingly stricter requirements for the manufacturing capacity and quality of the large-sized weld pipe are put forward.Moreover it is also demanded to further improve product quality of the weld pipe for the purpose of assuring safety of the piping system operation.In this case,it is urgently needed to establish the informationized management system and in-process data monitoring,and evaluation/processing functions of manufacturing process of the weld pipe so as to enhance the stability and reliability of the product quality.
