Abstract: With the straightening-reeling process conducted by means of two-roll and six-roll straighteners, the pipes after reeling are of higher OD & ID dimensional accuracy, less ovality and slighter spiral rolling mark on external/internal surfaces. Also involved are the straightening-reeling process, reeling machine specification, selection of machine type as well as the properties of the pipes after reeling.
