油井管超声波自动探伤系统的研制与应用

    Development and Application of Automatic OCTG Flaw Ultrasonic Detection System

    • 摘要: 分析了油井管超声波自动探伤系统的组成结构、检测原理、实施方案以及应用状况。该系统采用单元化和模块化结构设计,是可任意组合成最少1个、最多N个通道的数字化多通道超声波自动探伤系统。配合精心编制的探伤操作程序,可做到对复杂缺陷回波的准确评价和严格筛选,有效地避免了系统的误报警,实现了缺陷的自动判别、自动报警、自动存储和缺陷波形动态回放,提高了超声波自动探伤检测的准确性和可靠性,使误判率小于2%,漏检率为0。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the essay are the main aspects of the automatic OCTG flaw ultrasonic detection system,covering the equipment configuration,detection principle,implementation plan and application result,etc.This UT system is designed with modular and modulation structures,being a digitized multi-channel system with a flexible channel combination from the minimum 1 to the maximum N.Together with the elaborate operation program,the automatic UT system is capable of providing such advantages as accurate evaluation and strict screening of complex flaw echoes which make any false alarm avoided,automatic discrimination of and alarming for defects,automatic defect information storage and playback of flaw echo waveforms,and higher inspection accuracy and reliability,i.e.,the erroneous evaluation rating:under 2%,and the undetected defect rating:0.
