低温去应力退火对方管角部力学性能的影响

    Effect of Low-temperature Stress-relief Annealing on Mechanical Properties in Corners of Square & Rectangular Tube

    • 摘要: 以辊挤压Q345方管为研究对象,比较分析了低温去应力退火前后其边部和角部力学性能的变化规律,发现250~300℃的低温去应力退火可显著降低方管角部屈强比,其综合使用性能提高。提出了改进方管生产工艺的一些新思路。

       

      Abstract: Focusing on the extruded Q345 square steel tube, the edge/corner mechanical property-changing regularities before and after low-temperature stress-relief annealing process are compared and analyzed. As a result, it is identified that the said tube's corner yield strength ratio can be significantly reduced owing to 250~300℃ low-temperature stress-relief annealing treatment so as to get the overall service performance of the material improved. Some new ideas concerning improvement of the manufacturing technology of the square and rectangular tubes are put forward here in the paper.
