    Research on Welding Process for L245/S30403 Straight Clad Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了影响复合管焊接接头耐腐蚀性能的因素。以Φ508 mm×(8+2)mm×6 000 mm、L245/S30403直缝复合管为例,介绍了直缝复合管焊接方法、焊材选择、焊接坡口设计及参数设计,并分析其金相组织,检测其性能。分析认为:过渡层、熔合比、晶间腐蚀及δ铁素体含量对复合管焊接接头耐腐蚀性能影响较大;通过控制焊接热输入来降低熔合比是焊接直缝复合管的原则;因基层与复层的弹性模量不同,直缝复合管应谨慎使用扩径工艺,宜采用时效或机械的方式消除应力。

       

      Abstract: Investigated in the article are the factors affecting corrosion resistance of the clad pipe weld joint.Taking manufacture of the Φ508 mm×(8+2)mm×6 000 mm L245/S30403 straight weld clad pipe as an example,the main aspects concerning production of the straight clad pipe are detailed, including welding method, welding material selection,design of the welding bevel type and relevant parameters,and metallographic structure analysis and property testing of the finalized pipe.The result of the analysis reveals that the major factors affecting corrosion resistance of the clad pipe weld joint include transitional layer, penetration ratio, intergranular corrosion, and content of δ ferrite.Therefore to reduce the penetration ratio via proper control of heat input is the primary principle for welding the straight clad pipe.And furthermore,due to the difference of plastic modules between the base layer and the clad layer,in case of making the clad pipe with the expanding process,great care has to be taken,while proper stress-release methods like aging or mechanical process should be adopted.
