采用冷拔高频焊管生产液压缸缸筒的合理性分析

    Analysis of Rationality of Employment of Cold-drawn HFW Pipe to Fabricate Casing of Hydraulic Cylinder

    • 摘要: 介绍了液压缸缸筒用钢管的生产情况,指出我国目前无论液压缸液体压力大小,基本上都采用无缝钢管制造液压缸缸筒的做法是不合理的。分析了采用冷拔高频焊管制造液压缸缸筒的合理性,建议推进采用冷拔高频焊管制造低中压、中高压和部分高压液压缸缸筒,并制订《机械结构用冷拔或冷轧精密焊接钢管》国家标准。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated in the paper is the production of the steel pipe to be used for fabricating casing of hydraulic cylinder. It is pointed out that it is not rational that at present and in most cases,the seamless steel tube is being used by the industry to fabricate casing of the hydraulic cylinder,no matter how high the fluid pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is. The rationality of using the cold-drawn HFW pipe for fabricating casing of the hydraulic cylinder is discussed. As a result,it is suggested that the cold-drawn HFW pipe be used to make casings of low and medium pressure hydraulic cylinders, and part of the high-pressure ones, and the national standard entitled as Cold-rolled(drawn)Precision Weld Pipes for Mechanical Structures be drafted.
