Abstract: Mandrel mills can produce seamless steel pipes with high output and quality. The equipment layout and process flow regarding the 1st set of 76mm mandrel mill domestically-designed and manufactured are surveyed, and emphasized is the revamping of the feeding system of shell and mandrel, the automatic lubricant-coating system and the preheating furnace, etc, of the mandrel mill.
