    • 摘要: 介绍国内外汇气管的结构和应用现状,分析拔制三通组合焊接式汇气管的工艺、壁厚和组合焊接设计,并指出其工艺及性能的优点。分析认为:拔制三通组合焊接式汇气管所需的拔制三通、筒体、管帽等各个零部件加工制造难度小,且拔制三通、管帽可作为标准件来生产;拔制三通组合焊接式汇气管的承压能力强,能够满足管道发展需求;拔制三通组合焊接式汇气管的材质、规格直径可不受制约,可扩大其应用范围;其制造成本低,产品性能稳定、可靠。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are the structures and present application situations of the gas-collecting pipes as made at home and abroad.Also analyzed are the main aspects of the drawn Tee combined-welding type gas-collecting pipe, including manufacturing process, wall thickness, the design of combined welding, and the advantages of the process and the product performance.It is regarded via the analysis that there are just small difficulties as encountered with manufacturing and processing the components of the said gas collecting-pipe such as the drawn Tee, the cylinder and the pipe cap, etc.And moreover the drawn Tee and the pipe cap can be made as standard parts.The drawn Tee combinedwelding type gas-collecting pipe has high pressure-bearing capacity to meet the demand for pipeline development, and beyond any restriction of its material and diameter size.The application range of the said pipe can be extended.Moreover the pipe is in possession of such advantages as low manufacture costs, and consistent and reliable quality performance.
