镍基合金旋压管坯的退火裂纹

    ANNEALING CRACKS OF Ni-BASED ALLOY BILLETS FOR POWER SPINNED PIPES

    • 摘要: 研究了镍基合金冷变形管坯退火裂纹与加热温度的关系和退火裂纹产生的原因。试验表明,采用高温入炉和快速升温以及将软化退火温度降至1065℃的工艺措施,可明显消除退火裂纹。

       

      Abstract: The relationship between annealing cracks and heating temperatures of Ni-based alloy cold-formed billets and the causes of annealing crack occurrence are studied. The experiment shows that the annealing cracks can be evidently eliminated by taking such measures as charging billets at high temperature, quickly rising temperature as well as lowering the softening-annealing temperature down to 1065℃.
