用有限元法分析石油套管的椭圆度对承载能力的影响

    FE Analysis of Influence by Oil Casing Ovality on Its Extrusion Strength

    • 摘要: 在石油套管生产过程中产生的椭圆度明显影响套管的承载能力,但是,这个问题一直没有引起人们的充分重视而加以解决。为此,根据弹塑性力学理论,建立套管的力学模型,通过有限元方法定量分析了椭圆度对套管承载能力的影响。研究结果表明,椭圆度在很大程度上影响着套管的承载能力。因此,为了提高套管的承载能力,必须尽量降低管体的椭圆度。

       

      Abstract: The manufacturing process-caused ovality of the oil casing significantly influences the extrusion strength of its own. However, for a long time this issue had drawn little attention from people concerned, and thus had not been tackled. To solve the problem, a mechanical model is set up according to the elastic-plastic theory, and quantitive FE analysis is conducted to determine the influence by casing ovality on its extrusion strength. It is concluded that casing ovality significantly influences its extrusion strength. Therefore the only way to increase extrusion strength of the casing is trying to reduce its ovality as possible as it can be.
