热轧无缝钢管工艺装备结构的进展和方向

    Progress and Development Orientation of Technological Equipment Configuration for Hot-rolled Seamless Steel Tube Manufacturing

    • 摘要: 我国以连轧管为主的高产高效高技术水平机组的生产能力已经达到热轧钢管总能力的53%,这是热轧无缝钢管生产工艺和设备优化构成取得重要成果的标志,也是实现高附加值高技术含量产品自给率的决定因素。文章认为,进一步提高6大钢管厂的竞争力,企业形成高效、合理的钢管车间构成和钢管企业之间的强强整合,是进一步系统优化我国热轧无缝钢管结构和适应国际竞争的客观需要。

       

      Abstract: Up to now among the total domestic seamless steel tube production capacity, the total capacity of the hi-productivity, hi-performance and technologically advanced tube mills, mainly the continuous-rolling mills accounts for reach 53%, a sign of the significant achievement in optimization of the technology and equipment configuration for hot-rolled seamless steel tube manufacturing and a precondition for increasing the proportion of home-made sophisticated seamless tubulars with high added values. It is regarded that towards further systematically optimizing domestic hot-rolled seamless steel tube mix and adapting to the global competition in the field, it is necessary for the top six domestic seamless tube makers to sharpen their competitive edges, restructure their facilities for better performance and carry out consolidation among themselves.
