冷拔钢管磷化液中Fe2+的抑制

    DEPRESSION OF Fe2+ IN PHOSPHORIZATION SOLUTION FOR COLD-DRAWN STEEL PIPE

    • 摘要: 分析了冷拔钢管磷化液中Fe2+的危害及其产生原因,介绍了抑制Fe2+的机理。进行了NaClO3抑制磷化液中Fe2+的试验,结果表明,按0.5g/L添加NaClO3,可获得较好的抑制效果和经济效益。同时介绍了操作要点。

       

      Abstract: The hazards from Fe2+ in the phosphorization solution for cold-drawn steel tubes and elements responsible therefor are investigated, and mechanism concerning depression of the said Fe2+ described.Experiments upon depression of Fe2+ in the phosphorization solution with NaClO3 were carried out, which led to the conclusion that adding NaClO3 into the solution at the concentration by weight of 0.5g/L could produce effective depression, hence increased economy.Also introduced are the key points of the operation.
