N80Q油管皮下孔洞和表面裂纹产生原因分析

    Analysis of Causes for Subsurface Hole and Surface Crack in N80Q Tubing

    • 摘要: 为找出Φ88.90 mm×6.45 mm规格N80Q平端不加厚油管外表面纵向缺陷产生的原因,分析该油管外表面缺陷的宏观形貌、微观形貌以及电子能谱照片。试验结果表明:该油管皮下孔洞和表面裂纹缺陷分别是由坯料内的非金属夹杂物和外表面缺陷(表面网状裂纹或皮下裂纹)所产生。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the macroscopic morphology, microscopic morphology and electron spectrum of tube outer surface defects, so as to find out the causes for outer surface longitudinal defects in a Φ88.90 mm×6.45 mm, N80Q, flat end, non-upset tubing.The results show that the subsurface holes and the surface cracks in the tubing are respectively caused by the nonmetallic inclusions in the blank and the outer surface defects(surface reticular cracks or subsurface cracks).
