Abstract: The introduction is concerning the process flow of the first UOE production line for large-sized stainless steel welded tubes in China, detailing in such operation steps as U forming,O forming,welding and sizing. The productivity and product quality of the said UOE production line is getting more and more consistent,owing to the efforts made by the plant over the past years in improving and perfecting the forming and welding processes and matching facilities.
