两辊卧式挤压装置在高频直缝焊管机中的应用

    Application of Horizontal 2-roll Extrusion System to HF Butt Welded Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 为解决传统两辊立式挤压装置与立式挤压辊的焊接压力严重不足、待焊管筒边缘易从挤压辊辊缝处“逃逸”、管坯边缘呈尖桃形对接等问题,提出了两辊卧式挤压装置及与其配套的卧式挤压辊孔型,并分别从结构、功能和应用3个方面论证两辊卧式挤压装置及卧式挤压辊孔型的优点。某企业将立式挤压装置全部改为卧式挤压装置后,企业产品结构变化不大,但压扁开裂不合格比率、内外毛刺去除量、每吨耗电量都明显降低,说明两辊卧式挤压装置具有推广应用价值。

       

      Abstract: The conventional vertical 2-roll extrusion system has such shortcomings as severe shortage of welding pressure of the vertical extrusion roll,"escape"of the edge of the blank pipe to be welded from the extrusion roll gap,and the spade-shaped butting of the blank edge,etc,Addressing such problems,the horizontal 2-roll extrusion system and related extrusion roll pass are proposed,and the advantages of both are discussed in terms of the structure,function and application.In a certain domestic company,the original vertical extrusion system is totally modified into a horizontal one.As a result,with the product mix little changed,the defective flatting-caused crack rate,the removal amount of inner/outer burr and power consumption per ton are all reduced,which means that the said horizontal 2-roll extrusion system is worth spreading up for application.
