Abstract: Described in the article are the main aspects of the newly-built processing line for Φ114.3～339.7 mm oil pipes, covering technological configuration, equipment type selection, process control features and equipment characteristics, etc., focusing on the state-of-the-art processes and techniques as employed for the pipe body threader, the screw-up machine, the hydrostatic testing machine and the coupling threader. The actual operation practice of the said processing line shows such features thereof as logical process flow, high production efficiency, consistent product quality and so on, which have considerably enhanced the product competitiveness.
