炼钢轧管工序智能联动生产管理的方法研究

    Study on Method for Intelligent Linkage Production Management of Steel-making/Pipe-rolling Processes

    • 摘要: 以某公司智能产销管理平台的实施过程为背景,结合企业特点,论述了钢管制造流程中的两大关键工序,炼钢、轧管以及它们之间的智能联动生产管理这一钢管企业智能制造的关键技术问题。在此基础上阐述了炼钢浇次计划的生成,以及由炼钢浇次计划自动转化为轧管装炉作业虚拟计划,由炼钢生产实绩中的管坯判定自动触发轧管装炉作业虚拟计划转化为实际计划的过程。炼钢、轧管工序间智能联动生产管理,加快了生产节奏,减少了物料在库滞留时间,缩短了产品的生产周期,实现了客户交货期最短化。通过归纳总结,希望能为同行提供一些参考。

       

      Abstract: Taking the implementation process of the intelligent production & sales management platform of a certain domestic company as the background,and combining the enterprise’s own characteristics,the two key processes of steel pipe manufacturing flow,i.e.,steel-making and pipe rolling are discussed. Also discussed here is the intelligent linkage production management for theses two processes which is regarded as the critical technology issue associated with the intelligent manufacture by the steel tube-making enterprise. Based on the discussion,a elaboration is made,involving the preparation of the steel-making/casting plan,and the processes of how the steel-making/casting plan is automatically converted into the virtual operation schedule of billet-charge for pipe-rolling,and how the billet evaluation in the steel-making performance automatically triggers the said virtual operation schedule of billet-charge for pipe-rolling to be converted into the practical(real)plan. The intelligent linkage production management between the steel-making process and the pipe-rolling process brings about such advantages as faster production cycle,less residence time for the materials as stored in the warehouse,and shorter product manufacture cycle,resulting in minimized delivery time for the customer. It is expected by the co-authors that the summarized information as above mentioned could be used as reference by the peers in the circles.
