某新建辊底式光亮炉的技术特点及进步

    Technological Characteristics and Progress of A Certain Newly-built Roller Hearth Bright Furnace

    • 摘要: 按照某公司钢管大直径、厚壁、高合金的特点以及其对热处理的工艺要求,确定了辊底式光亮炉设计技术方案:增加了前后真空室以防止厚壁钢管长时间加热而造成的表面氧化,采用钢管加热、冷却控制计算模型及节拍式热处理运行模式,以满足厚壁钢管在正火炉中加热均匀及冷却均匀。生产实践证明:新建的辊底式光亮炉运行平稳,生产的高压锅炉管组织均匀、性能合格稳定,可为同类热处理机组的建设提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: According to the characteristics and heat treatment process requirements for the large-sized,heavy wall and high alloy steel tubes to be produced by a certain domestic company,the technological proposal for designing the related roller-hearth bright furnace is determined. The design proposal covers such key technological points as adding front and rear vacuum chambers to prevent surface oxidization of the heavy wall steel tube due to long time heating,adopting the math model for tube heating and cooling control,and the beat type heat treatment operation mode to get the heavy wall tube heated uniformly in the normalizing furnace,and evenly cooled down as well. The actual operation demonstrates that the newly-built roller-hearth bright furnace is capable of consistent running to processing high-pressure boiler tubes with homogeneous metallographic structure and qualified consistent performance. This case is worthy referencing for construction of similar heat treatment lines.
