CB80海洋管线管用无缝钢管的研制

    R & D of CB80 Seamless Steel Marine Linepipe

    • 摘要: 根据深海管线管用无缝钢管的服役特点,设计开发出具有良好耐腐蚀性的CB80海洋管线管用无缝钢管。分析CB80海洋管线管用无缝钢管的钢种化学成分,介绍其热处理工艺,并检验样管的各项力学性能及耐腐蚀性。试验结果表明:该CB80无缝钢管具有良好的低温韧性,以及耐海水腐蚀和耐酸性介质腐蚀的能力,其理化性能指标也达到API Spec 5L—2012对X80Q钢级的要求。通过萃取复型和透射电镜的方法对析出的第二相粒子进行研究,发现其主要为NbC和TiN析出相。

       

      Abstract: Based on the service characteristics of the deep ocean-purposed seamless steel linepipe,the CB80 seamless steel marine linepipe with fine corrosion-resistance is designed and developed.Described here in the essay are the main aspects associated with the said seamless steel marine linepipe,such as the steel chemical composition analysis,the heat treatment process and mechanical properties and corrosion resistance as resulting from testing of the trail pipes.The testing results show that the CB80 seamless steel pipe is in possession of fine low-temperature toughness and resistance against seawater corrosion,good resistance against corrosion of acidic medium and physiochemical properties up to the requirements for X80Q steel as specified under API Spec 5 L—2012.After studying on the second phase particles with the extraction complex method and the transmission electron microscopy,it is revealed that the particles consist mainly the NbCand TiN precipitated phases.
