双焊脚接触焊在高频焊管生产中的应用

    Application of Double-tip Contact Welding in Production of HFW Pipe

    • 摘要: 简要介绍了接触焊与感应焊的原理,比较了二者的优缺点;在分析单焊脚接触焊缺陷的基础上,介绍了高频焊管双焊脚接触焊,主要包括电极材质的选取、双电极接触模式安装系统和冷却系统的开发、带钢边缘清扫装置的开发。实际应用结果表明:铬锆铜适宜被选做双焊脚接触焊电极;使用双焊脚接触焊没有产生打火现象,焊接质量稳定;焊缝质量均满足API Spec 5L—2012标准要求。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the basic principles of contact welding and induction welding,and compared are their advantages and disadvantages.Based on the analysis of defects shown in single-tip contact welding,the techonology of double-tip contact welding for HFW pipe is introduced,concerning the selection of electrode material,the development of double-electrode contact mode installing system and cooling system,and the development of the strip steel edge descaling device.The practical application results indicate that CuCrZr is a suitable material for making electrodes for double-tip contact welding.When double-tip contact welding is being applied,no spark occurs and the welding quality is stable with the weld quality in compliance with API Spec 5L—2012 specification.
