钻井用石油套管接头形式的研究开发

    R & D of Oil Casing Connection Type for Well-drilling Service

    • 摘要: 介绍了为油田研制的用于钻井的石油套管的设计、制造、试验和使用情况。实验结果表明,钻井用石油套管接头形式采用偏梯形螺纹,再加抗扭矩台肩的设计方案,既能使接头部分具有足够的强度,以传递钻井时非常大的转矩,又能使台肩抵抗远远超过螺纹部分的巨大扭矩;并具有较好的密封性;满足油田对钻井用表层套管的技术要求。

       

      Abstract: Described are the R & D of oil casing for well-drilling service,covering such aspects as design,manufacture,experiment and operation. The experimental result shows that with the casing connection type featuring buttress thread and anti-torque shoulder the connection is strong enough to transmit the tremendous torque as occurs during well-drilling process,and the shoulder is capable of resisting against the severe torque which is much bigger than that as borne by the thread section. Moreover,with good tightness the developed connection is satisfactory to the technical requirement for the well surface casing.
