双链式拉拔机拉拔小车改进设计

    Design Modification of Drawing-car of Dual-chain Drawing Mill

    • 摘要: 采用双挂钩式设计对现有拉拔小车进行改进。拉拔小车改进后,第一次拔制工作结束,挂钩自动与链条脱开,拉拔小车在快速返回机构的拖动下快速返回至拉模座,再进行第二次拉拔作业。拉拔小车快速返回时无需主传动系统进行反转拖动,成功地解决了双链式拉拔机生产中存在的容易断链条和生产效率低的问题。改进后的双链式拉拔机具有拉拔加工精度高、生产效率高等优点,解决了传统双链式拉拔机容易断链的问题。

       

      Abstract: The existing drawing car is modified with a dual-hook design.Thanks to the modification,upon ending of the first drawing operation,the hook is automatically disconnected from the chain,and then,the drawing car is pulled by the quick-returning mechanisms,and goes back quickly to the die holder,and ready for the next drawing operation.In this case,the car can return back quickly without being pulled in reverse by the main drive system,which successfully fixed the problem that previously stayed with operation of the dual-chain drawing mill, i.e.,frequent chain breaking and low productivity.The modified dual-chain drawing mill has advantages like high drawing accuracy and high productivity,and moreover the disadvantage of the conventional dual-chain drawing mill,i.e.,frequent chain breaking is eliminated.
