推制式热扩管工艺的实践及研究

    Practice and Research of Push-type Tube Hot-expanding Process

    • 摘要: 针对原推制式热扩管生产中因原料选择不当,芯头设计不当,热扩温度、推制速度选取不当等原因出现的质量问题进行了分析,并通过试验、统计、研究,最终制定出实用性、可靠性、可操作性都较强的新的工艺制度。在生产实践中采用此新的工艺制度,对提高产品质量,增加产量,降低成本取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: An investigation is made into some product quality problems occurring in the original push-type tube hot-expanding operation, which are mainly caused by incorrectness of such elements as material selected, plug design, material temperature for hot-expanding and pushing speed, etc. Based on relevant experiment, statistics and research results, a more workable new process schedule with higher suitability and reliability is developed. Relevant application result shows that the said new process schedule is capable of contributing to improvement of product quality, enhancement of production as well as reduction of operation cost.
