简析等臂式三辊抱芯装置的设计

    Brief Discussion on Design of Three-roll Mandrel Steadier

    • 摘要: 现行的等臂式三辊抱芯装置设计方法存在设计周期长、设计精度低等问题。为了优化设计方法,以机械原理为基础,建立了一种等臂式三辊抱芯装置数学模型,其结构设计为传动比为-1的四连杆机构;并利用Matlab优化工具对该模型进行了优化计算。通过优化设计,使等臂式三辊抱芯装置的实际中心与轧制中心重合度提高,传动条件改善,设计周期缩短,设备使用寿命提高。

       

      Abstract: The design process of the currently-used equal-arm three-roll mandrel steadier stays with such problems as long design work cycle and low design accuracy,etc. To optimize the said design process,based on relevant mechanical principle,the math model of an equal arm three-roll mandrel steadier with a structure designed as a four linkage mechanism with a drive ratio of-1 is set up. Furthermore,the math model is optimized with the Matlab optimizing tool. Owing to the optimized design,the overlap ratio between the actual center of the above mentioned mandrel steadier and the rolling center is enhanced,the drive conditions improved,the design work cycle shortened,and the service life extended.
