连铸圆坯表面气孔缺陷的分析

    Analysis of Surface Porous Defects of Continuously-cast Round Billet

    • 摘要: 国内连铸圆坯大多采用“转炉+LF炉”或采用生产节奏较快的“电炉+LF炉”生产, 有时发现连铸圆坯存在一种表面气孔缺陷, 其形态特征与铸坯常见的表面针孔、皮下气泡和内部气孔有明显的不同。简要分析了这种连铸圆坯表面气孔缺陷产生的机理和表现特征, 据此提出了控制连铸圆坯表面气孔缺陷产生的措施。

       

      Abstract: Most of the continuously-cast round billets used by domestic tube makers are produced by the “BOF + LF” process or the “EAF + LF” quick process which result in occasional occurrence of surface porous defects of the billet with morphological characteristics obviously other than the common surface porous defects such as pinhole, blister and interior porous hole of the cast billet. Brief analysis is made on the development mechanism and apparent characteristics of the surface porous defects of the continuously-cast round billet, based on which control measures for such defects are proposed.
