HSM-2特殊螺纹接头接箍与工厂端相对转动原因分析

    Analysis of Causes for HSM-2 Premium Connection Coupling Side Rotation Relative to Factory Side

    • 摘要: 国外某油田现场上扣时出现特殊螺纹接头工厂端与接箍发生相对转动。利用工厂生产车间拧接和全尺寸实验室拧接进行上扣试验,探讨HSM-2特殊螺纹接头接箍与工厂端发生相对转动的原因。结果表明:现场端扭矩比工厂端高出一定值才有可能使工厂端接箍发生相对转动。建议下井前准确标定扭矩系统压力传感器,定期校验现场使用的扭矩仪。

       

      Abstract: Based on the fact as found in a foreign oil field that when making up the coupling in the field, the premium connection factory side is rotating relatively to the coupling, causes for the HSM-2 premium connection coupling's rotation relative to the factory side is investigated via workshop screw-up testing and the full-scale screw-up test as made in the laboratory.The test result reveals that only in case that the field side torque is higher than that of the factory side, should the factory side coupling rotate relatively.Therefore it is suggested that before putting the pipe down to the well, the pressure sensor of the torque system be accurately calibrated, and the siteused torque gauge be periodically checked.
