Abstract: It is known that manual operation of length measurement, weighing and stenciling of the tubing is an inconvenient and low-efficiency practice. Described here in the paper is the auto measuring/weighing/stenciling system for tubing production as developed by General Machinery Factory affiliated to Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau. Actual operation of the said system shows that the full-auto system is in possession of such advantages as functionally completeness, performance reliability and consistency, ease to operate, high productivity up to 2 pcs/min. as well as low initial investment.
