    Innovation of Inner Water Cooling Piping Connection of Mandrel on Accu-Roll Mill

    • 摘要: 针对烟台鲁宝钢管有限责任公司Accu Roll轧管机芯棒内水冷管连接上存在的问题,分析了造成水管断裂的原因,并进行了改进。采用四层钢丝的高压胶管部分替代无缝钢管,消除了在轧制过程中因冷却水管在芯棒支撑段内反复甩动,而对水管和法兰盘造成的不利影响;并对芯棒小车和回水系统结构进行了部分改进。由此保证了产品质量,降低了芯棒消耗。

       

      Abstract: Taking the existing connection problems into consideration, the co-authors analyze the causes for the inner cooling water pipe of the mandrel on the Accu-Roll mill located at Yantai Lubao Steel Tube Corp., Ltd.. The harmful effects on the water piping and flanges by the repeated tremble of the cooling water piping in the mandrel supporting section during rolling are removed by means of using 4-layer-cable high pressure rubber pipes to replace the original seamless steel pipes. In addition, the mandrel car and the water returning system are also partially modified in order to guarantee the product quality and reduce the mandrel consumption.
