X80钢级海洋自升式钻井平台桩腿支撑管的研制

    R & D of X80 Steel Pipe Used as Support of Leg of Offshore Jack-up Drilling Platform

    • 摘要: 从化学成分设计、高纯均质化冶炼-连铸工艺、轧管工艺、热处理等方面,介绍了X80钢级海洋自升式钻井平台桩腿支撑管的生产情况;分析统计了该桩腿支撑管的力学性能,并与国外产品进行对比;依据相关焊接规范进行焊接工艺评定试验。结果表明:生产的X80钢级桩腿支撑管的各项性能指标达到或者超过国外同类产品,低温韧性远高于国外产品,且可焊性高。

       

      Abstract: Described in the essay are the production of the X80 steel pipe used as support of the leg of the offshore jack-up drilling platform,covering such main aspects as chemical composition design,hi-purity/homogenization melting-continuous casting process, pipe-rolling process, and heat treatment, etc.Relevant analysis and statistics concerning the mechanical properties of the said pipe are made,and then the results are compared with related data of similar foreign-made products.Furthermore,according to applicable specification,relevant test to the welding process is conducted for evaluation purpose.As a result,it is revealed that the X80 steel pipe possesses all property values equivalent to or even higher than those of similar foreign-made products,and also has its low-temperature toughness much higher than that of the foreign ones,and high weldability as well.
